Department of Applied English

The Department of Applied English(DAE) aims to train students to be able to use English as a medium to execute professional skills. Our department features two distinct modules of study which focus on either business or teaching. Both of these tracks share the common goal of providing our students competence in English listeining, reading, speaking and writing.

The DAE also provides Humanities and Liberal Arts classes. In addition, students are encouraged to participate in various programs in other departments or even pursue double majors. In other words, the DAE will help students become productive leaders within society by providing them with a versatile set of skills that will allow them to excel within a competitive job market.
